All hot pot entrees are served with your choice of traditional or vegetarian broth either Mala Spicy or Mild, assorted fresh vegetables, and a house-made vegetable soy sauce and other dipping sauces.  Dishes are also accompanied by white rice and broth tempered with pao cai pickled vegetables.
